Since 2006, the LS Black Constructors / TDKA team has completed over $20 million dollars in project work at the Saint Paul College campus. Specific projects include:
·       Transportation and Trade Areas Addition and Remodel
·       Technology Area Remodel
·       New Hydraulic Elevator
·       Courtyard Renovations
·       Waterproofing Upgrades
·       Flood Damage Repair
This most recent project with Saint Paul College was a remodel of approximately 150,000 SF of space. The renovation included a reconfiguration of corridors, shop areas, classrooms, office space, and the complete removal and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems serving the facility. 300,000 SF of existing structure was fireproofed during this project, and all of the work was completed within a fully occupied building. Our teams collaborated and identified many unique safety, environmental, noise control, and daytime occupant challenges that needed to be addressed throughout the project and the team was able to exceed owner expectations.
