LS Black was hired by Gervais Court Properties to built Keindel’s Korner, a new three-story commercial office building. Work for the development included a new 45,000 SF building and all associated site work. The building holds 15,000 square feet of retail on the first floor and 30,000 square feet of office space on the second and third floors.
