The Yinghua Academy project was a three-story, 38,500 SF expansion, including: classrooms, gym, food services, and offices for the first and only full immersion Mandarin Chinese K-8 school in the Midwest. Work also included 46,500 SF of extensive renovation to the existing structure and MEP systems. The goal of the project was to increase capacity to meet their growing student population, while improving functionality and layout.
