The Nicollet Avenue Apartments project was a 5-story, 73,000 SF multifamily development located in the heart of Minneapolis. The project features 79 modern residential units along with a variety of mixed-use and amenity spaces designed to enhance the resident experience. 

The building includes a ground-floor coffee shop, conference space, and a wide range of high-end amenities such as a fitness center, dog washing stations, green roofs, and generous exterior patio areas. These features support both an active lifestyle and a strong sense of community for residents. The successful project met the client’s goals for functionality, comfort and long-term value.
