LS Black was hired to conduct a series of build-outs at seven of the Fresenius Medical Center clinics throughout the metro, including: Robbinsdale, Hutchinson, Roseville, Blaine, Buffalo, Round Lake, Minnesota and Hudson, Wisconsin.

Each outpatient kidney dialysis clinic is around 6,200 square feet with 12 beds and includes exam rooms, lounge, offices, and a water treatment room. Additional work included HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, piping for owner’s medical equipment, and the installation of emergency generators.
