As the largest club in the stadium, at almost 20,000 square feet, and the ability to accommodate 1,000 guests, the inefficient kitchen was in major need of adjustments. LS Black was hired in 2017 to complete the kitchen upgrades, which included coordination and installation of new equipment providing turnkey installation and delivery of the project. In the end, the project was a success and greatly increase productivity of kitchen staff.
