This $25MM project is for the construction of a two-story vehicle maintenance facility at Whiteman Air Force Base, MO. This project will include areas for both general and special purpose vehicle maintenance and an area for the Vehicle Operations Element. Type of construction will include a reinforced concrete foundation, structural steel frame, split-face concrete masonry unit veneer, and a standing seam metal roof. The scope of the construction will contain infrastructure to support unique requirements such as an overhead crane and a paint booth. Supporting facilities such as utilities, pavements, and site improvements will also be included in this construction. Construction is scheduled to be substantially complete by July 2023.
