LS Black Constructors was recently awarded a $1.3M construction contract at Crown College (St. Bonifacius, MN) to renovate multiple classrooms in the East Wing learning area. This award comes on the heals of the successful completion of the $7.8M, 34,000SF, 148-bed SPBI Residence Hall project that LS Black Constructors completed in the summer of 2023.
The key features of the classroom renovation include modernizing classroom configurations, student lounge with daylight and amenities, infrastructure improvements to allow for multiple monitors per classroom, modular seating and new furniture.
