LS Black Constructors was Awarded an Army Reserve Center Project at Fort Snelling in Fort Snelling, Minnesota.

We are excited to announce that LS Black was recently awarded the Fort Snelling Army Reserve Center, a significant local project aimed at enhancing military readiness and operational abilities. The renovated facility will serve as a center for Army personnel, supporting training functions.

The project is set to include a comprehensive revitalization of the training building, including fitness rooms, locker rooms, interior reconfigurations, exterior finishes and specialized spaces, all designed to meet the evolving needs of the Army Reserve units that are stationed there. The facility will be equipped with advanced cybersecurity technology, energy-efficient systems and sustainable design features to ensure longevity and operational efficiency.

Construction is anticipated to begin on 5/5/2025, with an expected completion date in December of 2026. We look forward to seeing this project come to life and are proud to contribute to the ongoing mission of the US Army Corps of Engineers.
