LS Black is excited to announce the recent addition of Sean Nelson as a Sr. Project Manager!
Sean has been in the construction industry since 2012. He is a graduate of UW-Stout and holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. He’s worked in various roles at Braun Intertec and most recently with Weis builders. He started as a Project Engineer and worked his way through the ranks to project management and has successfully managed a number of multi-family/senior living/hotel projects. Sean enjoys developing relationships with owners/subcontractors/A&E’s/project teams to ensure projects stay on task and on budget and are focused on what matters most to the owner.
In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children at the cabin in northern Minnesota.
