LS Black Constructors, a full-service construction firm located in St. Paul, MN, is pleased to announce the addition of Justin Rice as senior project manager. Rice brings more than 14 years of construction experience to the LS Black team. Rice will initially be assigned to the Richfield High School project. Rice will be the main point of contact throughout the project beginning in the preconstruction phase through project completion, allowing a seamless process from the start.

Rice comes to us with well-versed experience in building and civil work with his senior project management background.
