LS Black Constructors, a full-service construction firm specializing in design-build, is pleased to announce the addition of Katie Bollmeier as estimating coordinator. Bollmeier has been working with the firm for the past nine months as a contract employee. “Katie brings a team mindset and a high-level of organization making her a tremendous asset to our organization and helping us meet our goals on a daily basis,” stated Sterling Black, owner and CEO.
Katie comes to LS Black with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of St. Thomas and a background in project management for a fast-paced project management firm. Her expertise in planning, scheduling and business administration will ensure the needs and expectations of both internal and external team members are met. Bollmeier will be responsible for coordinating all hard-bid project estimates and working in an overall administration role for the preconstruction team. “Katie has proven to be a team player and critical asset to our firm over the past nine months. As we grow, I am confident she will continue to add value to our team and organization as a whole,” stated Brandon Davis, Director of Preconstruction.
