Results and Client Outcomes

LS Black Constuctors worked with the University of Minnesota to coordinate the demolition and replacement of 24 windows and the restoration of masonry at the University of Minnesota Engineering and Fisheries facility.

It was important for the University and LS Black Constructors to collaborate early and often to develop a viable construction schedule that would allow the facility to remain fully operational during construction. Our early collaboration efforts paid off and we were able to meet the needs of the University by utilizing a phased construction approach. A great win for both teams!
