LS Black teamed with Mohegan Hansen on this design-build project for the Saint Paul and Brooklyn Park Specialized Treatment Services clinics. Specialized Treatment Services, Inc. is an outpatient treatment facility that helps those that are chemically dependent by using a variety of techniques and methods that help assist in recovery. The clinics feature a variety of treatment rooms, offices, and conference rooms to facilitate patient needs.
