Results and Client Outcomes
The GROW-IT Center was built to be a year-round learning hub for scientists, students and the community. LS Black was hired to renovate the facility. Construction included replacing the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, as well as the gutters, downspouts and drain tile. The existing polycarbonate greenhouse panels were replaced with acrylic panels and a new motorized shades and environmental control systems were added. Overall the renovated GROW-IT Center was updated to improve functionality.
