Little Rock Air Force Base 168-Unit Airmen Dormitory
LS Black, in joint venture with Loeffel Construction and architecture partner LHB, Inc., completed the design and construction of a 168-unit, three-story replacement dormitory at Little Rock Air Force Base. Utilizing economical design and construction methods, the facility meets all applicable DoD, Air Force, and base design standards. The Four-person Dorms for Airmen (D4A) design features private bedrooms with baths and a common living area with a fully equipped kitchen, alongside public restrooms, day room areas, and ample storage on each floor. Supporting facilities included all necessary site work to deliver a complete, move-in ready project.
