LS Black partnered with Fresenius Medical Center to build seven of their dialysis clinics across the Midwest. Locations included Robbinsdale, Hutchinson, Roseville, Blaine, Buffalo, and Round Lake, Minnesota as well as Hudson, Wisconsin.

Each clinic is approximately 6,200 SF with 12 beds, exam rooms, lounge, offices, and water treatment area. Additional work included HVAC, plumbing, electrical, medical gas, and the installation of emergency generators.
