St. Paul, Minnesota – LS Black Constructors, a full-service construction firm located in St. Paul, MN, is pleased to announce the addition of Brandon Davis as director of preconstruction. Davis will drive all preconstruction efforts on behalf of the firm, leading the estimating team to build strong client and subcontractor relationships, implementing strategic processes, and offering best value solutions for their clients. Davis, a designated Design-Build Professional, will also be responsible for managing the design process on the firm’s design-build projects. With 22 years of experience, Davis brings expertise in planning, scheduling and budgeting to ensure client needs and expectations are understood and met throughout the course of their project. He has successfully overseen projects ranging in value from $50,000 to over $135,000,000 in both public and private markets; and clients regularly request his involvement early in the construction planning process to identify cost savings, establish schedules, and support efficient design efforts.
