The team of FSA Construction, Schemmer and LS Black Constructors* are pleased to announce the award of a $13.3MM Flightline Support Facility at Offutt Air Force Base in Sarpy County, Nebraska. This design-build project includes the construction of the following facilities:
- Petroleum Operations Facility
- Liquid Oxygen Maintenance Facility
- Liquid Oxygen Storage Canopy
- De-Ice Storage Canopy
- TACAN Facility
Additionally, the scope also includes demolition, site work, utilities, pavements and security fencing at the construction site.
Construction is scheduled to be substantially complete by July 2023.
