4201 Nicollet Ave Apartments

Coming Soon! 4201 Nicollet is a 73,000sqft multi-family housing project currently under construction in Minneapolis, MN.

The project consists of five levels of wood framing on top of a concrete and precast podium that houses the parking area. This 5 story, 79 unit apartment, with 37 parking spaces, will breathe new life into this area of south Minneapolis. The project will feature a boutique café, community room, fitness center, tenant lounge, conference room and heated underground park and even a pet spa station! The project is being led by an experienced and passionate team of construction professionals from LS Black Constructors and other key trade professionals. The project broke ground mid-summer 2021 and is scheduled to be substantially complete in October 2022.
