Location: Saint Paul, MN
Value: $389,000
Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build

The west wing of the Saint Paul College facility had experienced excessive water damage over the years resulting in the need for extensive repairs. LS Black was brought on board to remove and replace the existing masonry and subgrade waterproofing. Work also included drain tile installation and sidewalk demolition and replacement.

Though work was done during the summer months, there was still ongoing activities in and around the facility throughout construction. Maintaining close coordination with the college and faculty we were able to keep facility user groups informed of activities throughout. Facility routing plans were created and distributed on a weekly basis in addition to clear way-finding signage. Dust and noise barriers were put in place and excessively noisy work was done after hours. This diligent communication plan resulted in zero interuptions to regularily scheduled campus activities.
