The Lebanon Hills Visitors Center is the first park building in Minnesota to receive U.S. Green Building Council – Leadership in Environmental Design (LEED) Silver Certification. The structure is the embodiment of green building, it’s green elements including it’s use of a green roof, recycled materials, geothermal heating, locally grown materials, rapidly renewable resources, and certified wood.
