New telecom data systems were installed throughout the facility. Extensive exterior envelope repairs were performed, including a new standing roof system and replacement of the existing windows to comply with AT/FP standards. Overall, the project added 1,800 SF of space to the maintenance shop and office spaces. The reconfigured areas not only modernized the facility but also improved operational funcitionality to enable increased productivity, work-flow and collaboration.
